Comikaze 2012 Coverage: Sunday
September 25, 2012
Day two was a little less eventful. There were plans to attend just one panel and the rest of the time was used to enjoy and peruse the exhibit hall.
We stopped by Stan Lee’s museum first, and as I said in my last post, I was rather underwhelmed. I think the only really intriguing part were the movie props. Everything else in the museum were just character busts. I guess that could be interesting to some people, but it just wasn’t for me.
We spent the rest of the time just taking our time to really go up and down each isle of the exhibit hall. This was so worth the time. And it was a great way to pass time while we waited for Elvira’s panel at 3.
We managed to be right in front, which was a major deal to me. Especially considering how short I am. The only people in our way were press people, so it was really cool. What an announcement! I cannot wait to read this comic, it looks and sounds really amazing. Erick was so awesome to capture it all. Watch it below. 🙂
Finally, we decided it was time to call it quits. Overall there were very few hitches in the weekend and it was full of amazing experiences despite the few negatives.
Can’t wait to return in 2013!
